Toby is a 2 year old 16 lb Dachshund/Chihuahua mix. He and his buddy Milkshake were dumped on the streets of Tijuana when their owner passed away and the family did not want them.

Toby loves all people, adults and kids. He is very sweet, active, alert and loves to explore on his walks. He gets along with other dogs and is learning how to enjoy the company of cats as well. He is house trained, up-to-date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped.
