Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Trixie is an adorable, active senior dog! She loves people! She is respectful of cats but barks at other dogs. She loves to go for walks, car rides and being with her human. My mom, who is 87 years young, adopted Trixie last summer from a very small home situation that had too many dogs. My mom just wanted to give her the best life! She has done amazingly well but my mom's age and health are slowing her down. Taking Trixie out to potty rain, snow, ice or sunshine is getting exhausting for my mom. My mom has agreed to rehome Trixie if we can find her the perfect situation. Trixie would do well with an active retiree or someone who works from home. Trixie is starting to show signs of arthritis but doesn't let it slow her down. She has been spayed and is up-to-date on her shots. She is heartworm negative. If you love small dogs, especially Chihuahuas, Trixie would love to meet you! All vet records will be available to adopter. Seen at Brawley Animal in Mooresville.
