Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ralph is a 14 yr old pure bred Bichon Frise whose owner has to give him up due to the owner’s health … the owner is suffering from Alzheimer’s. For the last few months Ralph has been neglected as far as the owner remembering to take him out to potty on a regular basis. … where he had always been potty trained before. With the right owner I believe he could be retrained. He does need someone who is at home most all of the day which is why the owners family could not take him. He has some vision issues and on occasions needs eye drops. He is mainly a lap dog and loves to be rubbed and petted but not around his face.
