Chance is a young-adult pitty mix who came from a shelter whose owner surrendered him because he was losing vision. However, these are not reasons why Chance should be your next dog. What Chance brings to the table, if we have to think in those terms, is that he can double as a bunny for you. Just when you think you are adopting a dog, you may find yourself with a little bunny instead!
What this means is this little boy with big ears is a keen listener. He will hear footsteps from half way down the block. He is also as quiet as a bunny - he went off to explore foster mom’s apartment when he arrived, circled it a few times, and decided it was probably better to stay next to foster mom. Lil Chancey can also double as a bunny because he has no problem climbing up the bench or sofa or chair you’re sitting on; in fact, he makes sure he is on the same furniture as you are at all times.
p.s. bonus feature about Chance is if you squint you eyes hard enough, he will also look like a little cow with those white and tan patterns!
