My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Roger is a very special guy. Roger came into my care after being tied to a porch in the cold with no food or water. Despite his rough start to life, he is the most loving, cuddly, playful guy. I think he is an American Bulldog/ Pitty mix, ~7-8 months old.

Due to his history, he can be pushy when it comes to food- I feed him his meals and treats separately from my dog and they otherwise get along great. He is not great with cats as he doesn't fully understand his size and tries to play roughly with them. So would definitely not recommend he go to a home with cats.

He has all of his shots but is not yet neutered. He has so far been good with kids but did display some resource guarding when he came to my home. The trainer believes that this will not be an issue as he grows and learns that he has a secure food source.

Roger will need some training as he has typical puppy behaviors. He knows the commands 'sit', 'down' and 'touch' and is mostly potty trained with an occasional accident.
