My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buddy was found on the freeway, possibly tossed from a car. He had clearly been neglected, his skin was damaged, he had fleas, overgrown nails, and needed to put on at least a pound.

Buddy spent the last two months healin, putting on weight, and introducing the other dogs to his sparkling personality. Buddy Lemon is a true gentleman, who shares well with his siblings, doesn’t bark (rare for a chi) and likes to suntan and wander around a yard.

Buddy can live in an apartment but will enjoy going to a park/lake to sniff new smells and meet people and dogs. He is small, so if you have a yard it needs to be secured or Buddy will take himself on a walk. He’s very adventurous and will count on hos family giving him adventures to keep him engaged.

Milo turns 9 on April 15th, but he has lots of plans for the coming years so don’t think his life is winding down anytime soon. He’d love to be in a home with another friendly dog, or just by himself soaking up the love.
