I AM CURRENTLY IN A FOSTER HOME.

Hi! My name is Nina. My caretakers at RCHS would describe me as being in the PURPLE category. Dogs in the PURPLE category are cautious and very shy, yet sweet and waiting to steal your heart. An ideal adopter has a calm household, boundless patience, a gentle approach, and believes that slow and steady wins the race. Dogs in the PURPLE category need confidence-building to help them live their best lives! Having another confident dog in the home may be necessary to help them get acquainted with their new people and surroundings.

Dogs are assigned to color categories using any previous owner notes, general handling, as well as staff and volunteer observations. As we continue to get to know the dogs and gather further insights into their personalities, colors may be adjusted accordingly.
