My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sir Prize came into this world as quite a surprise to us. We rescued 5 yorkies being released from a puppy mill in October, 2021. It was about a month before we could get appointments to have the 4 females spayed. On 11/1/21, about 4 days before they were scheduled to go in to be spayed, Susie’s foster mom called to say we would have to take the rescued male in Suzie’s place because she woke up to find that during the night Susie had had a puppy. We had no idea she was even pregnant. She only had one puppy which is probably why it was not apparent she was pregnant. Sir Prize has transformed from an adorable little fluff ball into a beautiful little boy with silky hair. Sir Prize is seeking a forever home where he will be the superstar of the home with someone always home with him. Due to his small size, he will not be considered for homes with children. Sir Prize is up to date on shots. We did not have his tail docked. He is located in Arkansas. His adoption donation is $955 which includes the $155 transport fee. If you would like to adopt Sir Prize, the first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers.

After you submit your application, please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home.

Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.
