Hi, I'm Xander Crews. I am a quiet boy looking for a home with a kitty friend. I am a shy boy but I dont mind being held. I love my foster moms feather toy. She swings it around and I go crazy. I would love a home that my new parents can play with me all of the time. I will be 3 years old in July of 2022 . I do need to be on Purina one Sensitive Skin and Stomach dry food,, good brands of wet food are a good idea. I also have an illness that I take medicine for. This is stress related so the. The illness is Mega Colon. Sadly it took 2 years to diagnose. I am now on a medication that helps me go to the bathroom normally. I know it seems like a lot but it's very manageable. I take 1 pill in the morning and the evening. I'm a pro and take them with ease. I just want a home of my very own. My ideal home would be with a cat that likes to wrestle and run around. I am learning to play since being sick for so long. I might be ok with a dog. Small children do scare me. Older children are fine. I may not be a lap cat right now but maybe in the future. More about this rescue
St. Louis Pet Rescue is a non-profit rescue group focusing on saving pets from local animal control facilities and other neglect situations.
We do not have a facility. All of the pets we rescue are in loving foster homes. Foster homes provide love, care training, and, if needed, rehabilitation to the pets. This also allows the pet to be more adjusted when they enter their forever home since they are used to a home environment (versus a kennel at the pound).
