he Cheese Litter came from an Edmonton rescue and we have no history.
Gouda came on a long journey to our foster home. We are still getting to know him but we can tell right now he loves his brother a lot! They cuddle together and play wrestle and chase each other a lot. Gouda initiates the play and is very happy to make alone time for himself.
He hasn’t really enjoyed being picked up. He is very shy and takes time to warm up to his new environment. He has a big warm heart that when he is ready will share it with you!
Gouda would do well in a home that has older children that are patient and understanding of his needs. He would do well in a home that has a cat already as he really enjoys the companionship

Once you have found a dog or cat that you think will be a match for you and your family we ask that you go to the adoptables tab of our website and send in an adoption application
Keeping in mind that our rescue is ran by volunteers we will only be contacting the applications that are a great match with one of our animals
Once we have processed the application we will contact references and the applicant. If the application is approved we will then set up a time to meet the animal Once everything has been completed we will schedule an adoption day. This will all depend on the age of the animal and if it still needs to be neutered/spayed. None of our animals will be released to their new home until they are spayed or neutered.
Our adoption fee includes
Spay/neuter
Microchip
1st set of shots
Rabies (depending on age)
Deworming
Please Note: We require our adopters to have a fenced yard (unless you live in a condo) and to be over the age of 18. All renters need to provide Landlord consent before their application can be processed

It is my passion to help homeless, neglected and abused animals. I have been working in Calgary and area trying to help as many of these animals as I can by supporting families in my target community outside the city and here in Calgary, along with feeding many homeless dogs and cats.
With the support of my family and friends and their donations I have been able to start up this small rescue to help as many as I can.
