Meet Midnight!

1yr old male mix breed dog – he is listed as a dutch shepherd mix here, but his true genetic makeup is a mystery. He weighs 48 pounds.

Midnight has been with us since he was 3 months old, he's now just over a year old. He came in with several broken ribs as part of a potential abuse case.

Despite all that, Midnight is an incredibly loving dog.

Fun stuff about Midnight:

-Frisbee is life, nothing compares to frisbees.

-He also loves tennis balls, tug, and the flirt pole.

-He is good with cats (interested, tries to play, but will back off when the cat is mad or a person calls him off)

-He is good with large dogs (often rude on approach, but very tolerant of other dog's rude behavior). He doesn’t have experience with small dogs.

-He LOVES people! Everyone is his friend.

-He is very attentive to the people who work with and spend time with him.

-He’s food motivated and loves to learn new things.

-He runs really fast.

Midnight would do best in an active household with people who will make sure he gets plenty of exercise. He would even enjoy dog sports where he could exercise his little smart brain and his fast legs.
