My story

Shiroi is so loving. Born in October 2021, she already weighs about 50 lbs. She loves other dogs and plays with enthusiasm. Shiroi is very affectionate and appreciates attention from people and dogs alike. She does well on a leash and is happy to accompany you on long walks. House-trained and crate-trained, Shiroi rides well in the car and would be glad to join you for all your adventures. Shiroi is a special princess who is ready for her furrever home.

Go meet their pets

Additionally pets are taken twice monthly to pet store for adoption events. Dates and locations are posted on our website and Facebook page.

More about this rescue

Formed in 2008, Cinderella Pet Rescue was established to rescue animals from abuse, neglect and abandonment and to help prepare the for adoption. Additionally CPR promotes spay/neuter to reduce the serious homeless pet crisis in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. An all volunteer organization, there are normally between 55 and 65 dogs at our no-kill shelter as well as a couple dozen cats. Even more pets are placed in foster homes in preparation for adoption. Not funded by anyone, Cinderella Pet Rescue counts on donations and fundraisers to support the needs of the animals in care, from food to veterinary treatment. More volunteers and foster homes are always needed.
