My story

This black beauty can be shy to start but he will melt in your hands with just a little love and a soft approach. Rhodes loves a good cheek rub and is looking for a kindred spirit to share his love for a lazy lifestyle. He will be the perfect cuddle buddy for a quiet family and would love a nice perch window-side to take cat naps throughout the day and check out the birds as they fly by. Rhodes came from a home where there were other friendly felines so with the right intro he will likely be happy to share his home with another easy going cat. He would probably prefer not to be a playmate for young puppies/kittens or more rambunctious types and would also be happy as the only cat in the home to soak up all the love and snuggles. You may notice Rhodes' ears look a little like Yoda's. This is most likely due to excessive scratching when as he had dermatitis from a flea allergy. This has cleared up and he has found his joy in play again. If you are on the hunt for a purring lap-warmer, Rhodes is for you!

Medical: dental cleaning in the future

I could benefit from: a quieter home, but could live with another calm animal
