Hi I'm Yuli! I am a beautiful and active girl with a mellow and charmingly sweet spirit. Indoors, I am quiet, well behaved, enjoy lounging on the couch, and love hugs and pets. In public places, I am reserved and observant but also curious and independent. I walk great on the leash, always keeping an eye on my human, and enjoy hikes and being outdoors. I am gentle with senior dogs and playful with younger dogs.
I will do well in a calm lifestyle and benefit from basic obedience. You will be impressed how fast I learn! I will thrive with a patient person or family who allows me the time and space to figure things out at my own pace. I think you will enjoy watching me come out of my shell! I am cautious with unfamiliar people, especially with men, but am affectionate once trust builds. I am skittish with loud noises and still get nervous with lots of traffic but am improving every day as I get used to the city life.
My 7 siblings and I were rescued from a busy plaza in Mexico when we were less than a month old. Under the care of the local animal sanctuary, we grew up and everyone but me got adopted. I was brought to Los Angeles to find my forever home, so while I wait to meet you, I am adjusting to the recent changes in my life and thankful I am not struggling to survive on the streets.
