My story

If you're looking for an easy-going, sweet, low-maintenance senior gal, look no further than Camela! With what her mom lovingly calls her ""crunchy ear,"" we love this girl's unique and beautiful profile! Loving life in her golden years, this eight-year-old enjoys meandering walks and lounging around the house, but still gets the occasional burst of zoomies that last just a few hilarious moments. Camela is perfect on a leash, strolling next to you without pulling or darting. Content in your presence, Camela is not one to beg for pets. She's perfectly happy to sit at your feet and loves chin & belly scratches. Camela is housebroken and would love, but does not need, a doggy-door. She is not destructive and has free reign of her foster house, where she has never done a bit of damage. A bit hard-of-hearing yet still eager to please, Camela is currently learning signs for commands such as come, stay, and touch. She is spunky, independent, charming, and smiling more and more every day. Camela generally doesn't mind larger dogs who stay out of her face but does show a high interest in cats on walks, so any introductions to potential fur siblings should be slow. Camela isn't a big fan of children and would prefer a quiet home that understands her pace of life. This grey snout has so much personality and love left to give; we absolutely adore this girl and hope she finds her furever home soon!
