Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chuy is a male, neutered, full bred shih tzu, who is now 6 years old. I bought him when he was just a puppy & he has been with me since. He is a sweet fragile little guy, who Loves to go for short walks and playing with his toys. He really enjoys curling up on your lap & being near you & will follow you around like a shadow! He knows some words and is great at making eye contact. Chuy can be expressive when it comes to his territory so I cannot guarantee he will be good with young kids or other animals. But it may work depending on the home. Also, he has had a back injury but is now recovered. With that said, he will need a mellow home where he will not be subject to another injury, no stairs or strenuous activity. Lastly, Chuy does suffer from separation anxiety & will need someone who will be home most of the day. He will need his new home to be engaged and hands on with him. As he will need structure and lots of love and attention, so he can acclimate to his new home environment.
