Meet Mercury born apx March 2020. Mercury might be the most amazing cat in the world. He has had a tough life and humans have not always been kind to him, but he still loves humans. Mercury was left at the shelter with a broken front leg that was shown to be caused by a bullet, and wounds on his shoulder and head. His front leg injury had healed to the point of Mercury being able to use his front leg by the time Saving Hope rescued him from the shelter. The veterinarian decided that Mercury gets to keep all of his legs for now. He will need to have it checked if it gives him pain. He needs to be given Cosequin on a daily basis, which is non prescription and can be purchased easily at any pet store and isn't expensive.
Mercury is the friendliest boy, who thinks he might be part puppy. He loves to give hugs and get tummy rubs. He also loves head boops and gives kisses. Mercury will follow you around and snuggle up in your lap to read a good book. He is looking for a forever family who will love him as much as he loves them. He is truly amazing especially with all he is been through, he is so loving. You must submit an application to be considered for adoption. We cannot reply to all inquiries, but respond to all no obligation applications. Fill out an application at https://webportalapp.com/sp/login/savinghopeanimalrescue-catapplicationportal It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. Fee is $150 which includes vaccinations, combo testing, spay/neuter and microchip.
