Hi there, I’m Ralph! I’m a gentle and genteel boy looking to share a lifetime of love. If I do say so myself, aren’t I a handsome prince with my light green eyes, extra soft fur, and blue tuxedo markings?

I’m 8 years old, so nice and settled. I am very social and want to be where you are, and enjoy being with people and visiting. I like being cradled on my back and nuzzled and petted, and will sweetly rub against your legs. When you’re busy and I’m relaxing, I appreciate a soft, cushy spot or cat bed. I need a quiet, low-stress environment without children or other pets.

I have fun playing with cat toys, especially soft ones like little stuffed hearts or fake fur mice, and my foster mom says I’m really cute batting and chasing them around. I’m also fascinated with dangle toys dragged along for me to chase, or dangled low enough for me to swat them. And I’ll chase balls, too.

I don’t have my claws, so need fine-grained litter that is easy on paws and daily box cleaning so I don’t have many clumps to move around. Even declawed cats need to scratch, and I use a cardboard scratcher and a tall carpeted scratch post. I get a capsule of Cosequin powder sprinkled on my wet food once daily (only $7/month) as I seem to have a little arthritis because declawing causes cats to walk differently than is natural. I get around just fine, I just don’t jump up onto high things.
