My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We adopted 6 year-old Freyja and her littermate sister Saga as a bonded pair. They needed a home and our older male cat was not used to being the only cat, as our older cats had passed away at ages 19 and 18. Freyja is sweet, funny, smart, and goofy. She loves to play with anything. She really loves to snuggle at night and will wait each night at bedtime! She is not destructive when left alone. She is a little nervous and not a fan of getting picked up, as her former owners did not handle her much, so we have worked on those things. She is FIV negative, seen a vet recently, and litterbox trained. Unfortunately, she and her sister did not get along with our male cat. Over the course of 10 months, we tried many, many things (feliway, calming collars, etc.) and made lots of adjustments at home, spoke with two veterinarians and a behavioralist. But we could not make it work and we are heartbroken. Freyja and her sister Saga would be perfect in a home where they were the only cats.
