My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maple is a super friendly two-year-old Labradoodle, who weighs 40lbs. She has
a lot of energy and needs a dog experienced family who is going to give her daily exercise to
burn that energy in a productive way. She enjoys walks, trips to the dog park, and playing fetch
with all her toys. After some exercise, she’s happy to follow her foster mom around the house
to supervise whatever she’s doing, and she loves to cuddle on the couch with everyone after a
long day. Maple does well with the resident small dogs at her foster home but would probably
do better with a dog of similar size because her play can get a little rough when she gets
excited. She would also do better with older kids, if any, because she still likes to greet people
by jumping up and could definitely knock a little one over. Maple is house and crate trained,
and does great on car rides. With some structure and lots of activity, she’s going to make an
amazing new family member for the right family!

***Please note: All dogs are fostered in private homes of volunteers, so to meet a dog please fill out an Adoption Application on our website (http://www.twyla.org/adopt/our-adoption-process) so we may setup a private meetup with the dog or coordinate for an Introduction at the next general Adoption Meet and Greet (as listed on our website: (http://www.twyla.org/upcoming-events), as not all dogs attend all Meet and Greets***
