Meet Sapphire - Not Quite Ready for Adoption
Spunky and fun, this is Sapphire! This little low rider lives at Smithfield Shelter and is a participant in Handsome Dan's Rescue Shelter Dog Enrichment Program where he attends Outbound Hounds' training classes with his dedicated volunteer Matthew.
