My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Emilie. What a sweet girl! Once she is used to you she's your new best friend!

Emilie and her siblings (Little Girl & Matthew) came to me as very sick little ones. But they are all now happy, healthy adult Cats.

Emilie is beautifully marked--white with Tabby/Tiger patches. She would do best in a quieter home with adults or a household with older children.

Em is the best of all worlds: beautiful, playful and sweet.

More about this rescue

CATS Rescue is a no-kill safe haven for homeless cats that would, without intervention, live their lives on the streets where they are subject to disease and other perils.

CATS Rescue--Caring About The Street-Cats, was created because residents in our village were threatening to poison the street/stray cats that were overpopulating our streets.

Our rescue's program is simple: catch/spay/neuter/vet/socialize and rehome cats that would otherwise have no home or family of their own.

We love our rescues and take our job very seriously. They don't have a choice of where they go to live but we do and it's our job to be sure all the cats in our care have the best possible life once they leave the streets.
