My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Watch a video of Nidia and Tinkerbell at http://vimeo.com/9197575. Nidia and Tinkerbell, aka "Tinks", (mother and daughter, respectively) are a very sweet pair of little ladies, both with velvety-soft chocolate coats and big greenish-hazel eyes. They are VERY attached and therefore MUST be adopted together, but to be honest, they have their own little world and its more like adopting 1.2 dogs rather than two. These ladies would love to be in a home where there's lots of love to go around. Tinks and Nidia were little shy at first, but they both warmed up to us very quickly and are getting along well with our 2 year old female min pin. In general, Tinks and Nidia are both quite mellow and quiet and sleep for most of the day.
Personality-wise, they are both very friendly and great around other dogs and strangers. Nidia has a few scars on her hind legs from being attacked by other dogs, but there is no permanent damage, physically or emotionally. Tinks has a bit of anxiety about her mother being picked up, but this can be easily addressed. They are both crate-trained, sleep together in the same crate at night (but that may not be a permanent arrangement), and are house-trained to use a wee-wee pad, although Nidia is house-broken and goes to the bathroom outside (Tinks needs a little work, but she's coming along very well). They are big time snugglers, with each other and with whomever happens to have an free lap. Tinks likes to roughhouse a bit our other min-pin, while momma Nidia is happy to sleep on the bed or in her crate. Most endearing about these two is that they seem to have their own language and talk to each other with little squeaking noises - Nidia is a bit of a snorter and Tinks sniffs around the house and is reminiscent of a little monkey.
This is a great chance to adopt two sweet-as-pie min-pins who will keep each other company. They are really so easy to take care of and just want a warm lap or a blanket to snuggle under.
Note: Nidia And Tinks are located in Binghamton, NY - and we will not fly these girls.
