My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tripp is a beautiful long-haired lynx-point Siamese, and not only is he beautiful on the outside, he is also beautiful on the inside! He is such a sweet, affectionate boy that loves to snuggle into you while you hold him. And he loves to be held! This charmer even makes biscuits when you clip his nails! You can’t get much better than that!

Tripp was found by some young children in the woods behind their home during the ice storm in early January. He was lying in a hole, covered in leaves to keep warm. They fed him for a couple of weeks, and then their mother brought him to Good Mews, hoping we could take him in, because they could not keep him. We did not want to see Tripp back out in the cold, so we gladly brought him in.

We scanned Tripp for a microchip and he had one so we traced it back to a local Animal Control and we found out a little about Tripp’s history. A few years ago he somehow ended up at a vet’s clinic with a badly broken leg. It was so severe, they decided to amputate it. After he healed, he was taken to Animal Control to find a home. A home was found, but a couple years later, he somehow became lost, and that is when he ended up in the hole! The owner was found through our search, but his owner is unable to care for him at this time and has released him to us to find him a new home.

Like I said, Tripp is a beautiful boy and we know a new home will be found. So come meet him soon!
