My story

Meet Angelica!

She’s a 3 year old Staffie mix, weighing just under 50lbs. She’s had a really rough life and is looking for a family to give her a shot at the comforts of a warm home and love. She was found wandering the streets, heavily pregnant. She lost her entire litter.

From her foster:
Angelica (Angie) is an exuberant, puppy-like cuddle bug. In the apartment she just wants to be my shadow and rests soundly when tucked against me. She is still learning boundaries & should not be left alone uncrated. She settles the whole night in her crate which is great. She knows sit, look at me, although her attention span is incredibly short, so she doesn’t hold, especially when there are distractions.

We think a suburban or rural home would be best as the sounds and sights in the city are too much for this country girl.

She’s a little hunter so no cats or small critters please.

Angelica would do great with a family that will take her on walks, let her play in a yard, and maybe even take her to school. She’s really smart and wants to be the best girl she can be.
