Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Leia is sweet and fun-loving girl that acts like a kitten even though she is almost 10 years old. She is sure to make you laugh daily with her quirky personality and loves playing. She is an indoor-outdoor cat, because she comes from South Africa where cats are allowed outside without restriction and we have our doors and windows open most of the year. She would be happiest in a household where she is allowed some fresh air outside. She is not de-clawed and we would hope to get her a family that doesn't believe in de-clawing her either. We took her in when our friend's visa renewal was declined and they had to move back to SA in a hurry, and couldn't afford to fly her back. She did great in our household that came with two of our own cats for the first 8 months, but after we got back from travels she had grown a dislike for our special needs cat. We have tried to re-introduce them and every other thing in the book, but the damage seems done. We hope to find her a happy new home.
