This sweet girl would love a home of her own with people to cuddle and spoil her! Daisy came to us emaciated, neglected, and scared. She had lived on a porch and was used for breeding. Daisy is now up to her expected weight, and received all of her necessary medical care and training. Daisy is 2 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, crate trained, and housebroken. She is so affectionate once she warms up to new people and just wants everyone to love her. Daisy would do best with older children since she’s so big and goofy, and needs a home without other pets. Daisy does well in the car and at the vet and loves to go for walks. If you are interested in adopting Daisy, please contact us. She is located in Charlton, NY.

How Your Adoption Fee Helps
Our adoption fee is a non-refundable $250, which defrays – but does not fully cover – the cost of future spays, neuters, vaccinations, food and shelter. Your adoption fee supports the next dog who comes from the streets, often malnourished and un-altered, giving them a second chance at the good life just like that special dog you adopt. Thank you for helping two!
We ask for an additional $50 spay/neuter deposit for unaltered dogs and ask for your commitment to the following:
- If an intact dog is over 6 months old at the time of adoption, you must spay or neuter the dog within 14 days of adoption and provide DHA with proof of altering within 5 days, at which point, your $50 spay/neuter deposit will be returned.
- If an intact dog is under 6 months old at the time of adoption, you must have the dog altered within 14 days of the dog reaching 6 months of age and provide DHA with proof of altering within 5 days, at which point, your $50 spay/neuter deposit will be returned.
