Welcome Bleu to CCPAL Rescue. We think he is an Australian Shepherd/Husky. He has a beautiful grey and black brindle color. He has a medium length coat. He is decent on a leash, good in his kennel and friendly. Bleu is a social dog and would make an active family a great companion. He would be a great hiking, jogging or outdoor activity dog. He is playful and fun and will make some lucky family a great companion. His best home would be with someone that likes to do things and include their dog in their fun. He would be fine with kids and we like them to be 8 or older. He is getting his vaccines and will be neutered soon. He is in Texas at the CCPAL Rescue. He was pulled from one of the local high kill animal controls around the shelter. They are all pleading for Rescues to open up space so they don’t have to euthanize. Because of the great adoptions we had space. He can be adopted locally in Texas or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 250 and transport is 180. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states

Since 2002, CCPAL has rescued nearly 5,000 animals. We are in constant need of foster homes for these pets until we find them homes. Our pets are in kennels on an acreage in Texas. We can use a transporter to get them outside of Texas if we find a great home.
