My story

Nikko is a shy pup who has been fostered in an outside kennel for some time. He allows himself to be handled, but has not had a lot of experiences. We do not yet know if he is potty trained. Typical of his breed, Nikko is strong on the leash and would require enrichment to satisfy his Mally need to keep busy. Nikko's ideal home would be an indoor home. Our organization can offer free board and train if you are not experienced with house training a pet. Nikko does love playing outside, so a fenced in yard would be ideal.

This good boy is neutered, vaccinated, on preventatives, and microchipped. His adoption includes his personal belongings: new bed, toys, treats, dishes, collar, leash, harness, fashion, free bag of food from PetSmart, grooming essentials, and much more.

If you'd like to set up a meet and greet with Nikko, Please call, text, or email us.

Why adoption is a great option

Nikko, a San Juan Belgian Malinois dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Belgian Malinois for sale in San Juan, or seeking a Belgian Malinois dog from a breeder in San Juan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Juan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Juan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Belgian Malinois breeders who help with Belgian Malinois rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Juan paves the way for another one to be saved.
