Meet Brooke! This poor little peanut was found tied to a pole in the Bronx. The finder didn't have the heart to bring her to animal control as she was so incredibly sweet and loving and begged us to please help her. How could we say no? Once she was taken out of the city and put in a foster home this little lady quickly learned what it meant to be truly loved. Her foster parents say she is a loyal pup that enjoys being around people, getting a good belly rub, and snuggling next to you to watch a good movie. Don't let her age fool you, she loves to play and run around and enjoy what life has to offer. Brooke loves going for walks and she walks beautifully on a leash. This sweet girl has so much love to give and has a beautiful smile that could light up a room. She is wonderful with cats as she lives with four right now. She just wants her person to love her and love them back. Do you have room in your heart to give a poor throw away little girl the home she so truly deserves? Can you be the one to show her not all humans are bad and she will never be thrown away again? If you would love to meet this gem of a girl please email us at www.snarrnortheast. or jtsouzarescue@gmail.com

All adoption fees are non-refundable
If paying by credit card, Venmo, or PayPal there is a set processing fee, generally this fee is under $15 per pet. These processing fees are determined by the form of payment adopters decide to use. By helping with this minimal cost this allows us to save more animals.
Please note that SNARR NE is a volunteer-based organization. While our volunteers will try to respond to you as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you review the below information about our adoption process before emailing:
LISTED BREED(S) & AGE: We are taking our best guess on age, breed, and size when fully grown, based on the puppy's/dog's physical appearance and what we might have learned about one or both parents depending on the situation. *NOTE* We rarely know a dog's exact age, nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time. Because we often do not have access to medical records at the time that we are listing for dogs for adoption, there are sometimes discrepancies between what is posted on their profile and what might be listed on a dog's medical records.
SNARR'S ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting or meeting a SNARR dog/puppy is to fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/. Once we receive your application, one of our adoption application processors will contact you, review our adoption process with you, and answer any additional questions you may have. **We do not go on a first-come-first-serve basis for adoptions, but on best fit for a family and most importantly the puppy or dog. **
MEETING ADOPTABLE DOGS: Meet and greets will not be scheduled until after your adoption application has been fully processed and approved by one of our adoption processors.
APPLYING ONLINE: If you fill out an online application, please do so from a computer (not a mobile device), make sure you answer ALL the questions in as much detail as possible, and that you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, that means we did NOT receive your application.
