My story

Meet Addy and Arabella , sweet, bonded sisters born in May, 2021.

Addy is an adorable black cat with bright curious eyes. She loves to peek out from spaces to watch and be a part of the activity. She is the epitomy of a Scaredy Cat. She is very curious and cautious.

Arabella, a tabby, is an independent girl and enjoys time on her own to relax. When she is in the mood, she loves to get attention and she loves playtime. She is good with dogs and kids.

These sweeties are sweet, cuddly and playful. They can be shy at first and need time to warm up to new people and situations.

The fee for this bonded pair is $225

Why adoption is a great option

Arabella & Addy, a Phila Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Phila, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Phila.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phila already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phila breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phila paves the way for another one to be saved.
