Nyx ~1 year old. Good with dogs her size and older considerate children. Cats TBD. GSRA adopts to residents of VA, NC, and SC only.
Nyx has come a long way in the past month! She’s a very sweet dog (kind of like a Labrador) who would love nothing better than to climb up on the couch next to you. She’s adventuresome and would love to be a hiking dog. She’s not quite ready to swim but a few more lessons and she will be, but in the meantime she likes to get her feet wet. She walks beautifully on a leash. She’s house trained and crate trained. She knows sit, down, and come, and she’s learning parlor tricks! She doesn’t need a companion. She gets along with other dogs her size, although she plays rough and does better with males. She is still a bit mouthy so no children under 12. Her behavior around cats is suspect, so *probably* no cats - this would really depend upon how the cat deals with dogs. Nyx is a sweet, loving dog who is ready to move along to her permanent home.
