Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I have made the difficult decision to rehome Stella. She has been a fabulous dog but I got a companion dog for her and after playing well together for over a month, Stella attacked my other dog unprovoked. I have tried several times to reintroduce during play and walks but Stella clearly needs and wants to be the only dog. When I take her to the dog park, I have never had a problem. She is sweet with people and children. She has been so good but I don’t think I am a strong enough leader to ensure the dogs can live together.
I love her and just want her to have a happy home. The last month has been stressful with both dogs being isolated from each other!
Stella will be 3 in July. She was adopted in Maine and traveled down to NC by car. She is extremely smart and wants to please. I recently had her DNA done. She is about 50% Bassett Hound, 25% Australian Shepherd and 25% Australian Cattle Dog. She is short and thick with a beautiful coat.
