My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lou is super adorable! He is unique in his litter. His mama has the looks of a quintessential small unknown terrier mix (think of the dog from the 70's film "Benjy"). So, HE LOOKS LIKE HIS DADDY! But, that is just speculation because we don't know who the dad was. Lou and his 4 siblings and beautiful mama were found on the street. Mama was scrawny and skinny with only the will to look for food to nurse her babies.

Once they were all safe and sound, Lou, who was the smallest pup when he arrived to the rescue, shot up to be the biggest! He loves food. His favorite hobbies are eating, sleeping by the food bowl with his paw in it, and more eating! His second favorite hobby is giving the sweetest puppy kisses while getting belly rubs. This must be done at the same time!

Lou is a sweet and gentle puppy. He can wrestle with the best of his littermates and not be too aggressive or throw that body weight all over the place. He is more interested in getting rubs and sleeping in your arms.

He does very well at nap time and sleeping through the entire night without a sound. Bed time is 10pm and he is happy and awake by 7:30am. He is pretty good about exiting his open pen and making his way to the back door leading to the backyard. He quickly moves to his spot in the yard to do his business. Smart boy! He's at the perfect age to introduce into any home!

He has his bordatella shot, all four parvo shots, rabies shots, and received proper deworming several times. He has also been tested, treated, and retested for giardia and coccidia. He is microchipped, neutered, and has been given his monthly dose of Iverhart and Simparica for fleas, ticks, and heartworm.

Lou ready to be give you sweet puppy kisses!!
