Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Copper is a year old girl the pictures do no justice to....she has a lot of color with a bit of brindle and spots all down her legs. She is a sweet girl who will make an outstanding family pet. Affectionate, happy and playful, she has "great bones".....social, wants to please, housebroken, gets along well with everyone on two legs and four....but adopted as a puppy, returned now due to the family separating, her adopters did not put the time into her and she is a bit undersocialized, with some tendency to be a little skittish in unfamiliar settings, and not used to leash walks is incredibly strong on leash. We are working on that, lol! She would be thrilled to have a dog to play with, the cat in her foster home bosses her around regularly, and she has been around kids almost her entire life, so she is eligible to fit into a myriad of situations well. Big and strong yet gentle and kind, she is sensitive and needs someone to put the time into her socialization and training, but is a superb house dog as things stand and will make a spectacular pet. Applications are available via contacting Lucy at maramuser@gmail.com. Adoptions to RI and CT; we unfortunately cannot adopt to MA or NH residents. Hope's adoption fee is $450.
