My story

Hi I'm Spades and I have the most beautiful green cartoon eyes. Named for the white spade on my face. I'm a sweet but somewhat skittish young lady who recently had a her first (and last) litter of kittens. I was living on the streets in the cold until someone took me in to treat me for an infected bite wound and we found out I was expecting. I'm very attached to my sister Tippy and I'd really like to be adopted with her as a bonded pair.

Available starting on 6/1/22

I am an inside-only adoption! Please let us know if you're looking for inside/outside or just outside cats and we can help to match you with the right cat for your household. I'm litter box trained and dog-friendly! My adoption fee covers my spay as well as my first round of shots and a lifetime microchip

We like to speak to potential adopters to find out more about them and their family life to make sure that the cat/kitten will be the best fit for the family as well as the family the best fit for the cat/kitten. So when we schedule a time to have you meet the pet you're interested in, if we have available other potential good fits we usually ahve them tag along as well to be met.

More about this rescue

We are a small, non-profit 501(c)3 organization located in Sullivan County, NY that humanely reduces the number of feral and stray cats in our county. We primarily focus on trap/neuter/release to keep more homeless kittens from being born. We do come across extremely friendly adults and ultimately kittens that can be rehomed. We work with caretakers of colonies and do wind up taking in sick or injured cats/kittens as well.
