Mercedes is new to rescue, born 11/6/2021 he is the cutest most inquisitive little Shih tzu. Mercedes came into rescue from a backyard breeder. He is very shy at first and needs awhile to warm up to people, he loves other dogs and is learning that not all people are mean to dogs.
