Roxie is a sweet young pup who came to PACC after her people were no longer able to care for her. We`re happy to have her with us and will do our very best to find her the perfect home! This wiggly little lady is as affectionate as they come- she loves her volunteer friends and gives the best kisses. She loves to chase a ball around the play yard and will make a great, playful addition to the right home. During a brief adoption, Roxie was housebroken and waited at the door to be let out to do her business. She also did well with other resident dogs, but was a bit too interested in the household cat. No kitties please! Roxie needs time to feel comfortable with new people and will do best in a low traffic home where she isn’t constantly needing to interact with strangers. She would also prefer a home without young kiddos.
“Roxie is a very sweet and cuddly dog, with me specifically. She warms up easily to most women. She loves the rain and going on walks. She is not at all fearful of loud noises, 4th of July was very easy with her.”- former adopter
When meeting other dogs in playgroup, Roxie was playful, social and tolerant. If you can offer Roxie a home where she feels safe and secure, she can offer you her endless devotion! Ask to meet her today!
