Ottie is a 5yr old male who is a very friendly, outgoing, people-oriented cat. He is SUPER active like a kitten. He needs a human or family that can spend a lot of time with him or a multi-cat lover household because he is very needy. He follows his foster everywhere, and makes tons of biscuits and purrs like crazy. He loves to play with toys all the time. He doesn’t like dogs, but he seems to want to be with kitties too.
He was originally found during a TNR project and turned out to be friendly. The ear tip doesn’t hurt him. He has microphthalmia, his left eye is genetically smaller, but he is not in pain, the defect was just how he was born with. He is up to date with all shots and microchipped. Negative for FIV/FELV. You can pick him up anytime and clip his nails. He loves being brushed and just wants attention.
