My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Breanna aka Bre Bre is a 9 year old spayed, loving kitty. She warms up to adults quickly but seems to be cautious of children under 10 years of age. She is a shorthaired calico with brown and orange tabby markings on white. VERY striking. She is a husky lady but petite in her movements. She is spayed, declawed on her front paws, up-to-date on vaccines, and litter box trained. She does not act her age. Bre LOVES cat nip and laser pointers.... milk too, but only after you have had cereal in it. She does NOT like plastic bags, dogs, or young children, so a childless couple, a single person, or a family with children 10 years or older would be best for her. NOTE: In the third picture, the flash reflected off her eyes making them red looking; she actually has BLUE eyes!



Please call or email for more information (if you email us please expect a delay in getting back to you). Bre will be adopted out to an in-door home only. She MUST be kept in-doors AT ALL TIMES.... or allowed outside supervised WITH a leash and harness on (also could have a cat-proof fenced yard). Adoption includes an application, house-visit, contract, and fee. We offer a reduced adoption fee if 2 cats or kittens are adopted by the same family. By signing our contract, adoptees agree to return their kitties to GHP if for any reason they can't be kept any longer. We will only be able to adopt this girl out to people within a 50 mile radius of the Colorado Springs area. NOTE: If you are interested in becoming a volunteer to do home visits in the Denver area please let me know ASAP! This girl would love to have a forever home.
