My story

Baba and Xenia are two special needs girl puppies that are the most twosome you will ever meet.  When you meet special needs rescued dogs and cats you wonder how they will ever find someone to love them just the way they are.   There are people out there and we know that these two girls will have God send them someone that is up for the unconditional love and extra care.   They were born sometime around the first of October from what we can tell and currently they weigh 22 pounds and headed maybe to be a 30 pound adult dog.  One is mostly blind but not totally and sister will guide her and totally makes sure she is never lost or stressed out.  They have a condition called Cerebella Hypoplasia and it affects their motor skills because of the neurological dysfunction.  They fall over easily but they always keep getting right back up and living their best life.   They are so loving and easy to have around for the love that glows from their soul.  They might not have a long life and just how long they have cannot be determined….only guessed at.  We know that whatever time they have will be one that their family of either a foster or an adopter will be blessed to have loved them.  They don’t have any medical expenses in the way of care.  They are completely vetted and up to date on shots and spayed.  They just need to be able to go in and out of a home with ease to enjoy a yard and to have some rugs around that make walking and traction easier for them.  Each day with them is a gift and our original foster mom being in an apartment , knows that they need more access to the great outdoors.  She is going back to work and school also and they need someone home more hours than she can give.  We are looking for a new foster home or a forever home.  Whichever God sends their way will be the next step.  If you have a place in your heart and a desire to have a greater purpose in the life of two little rescued puppies.  Please consider these two precious angels and helping them in their wabbly life. Please contact us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com

PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

More about this rescue

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Companion Rescue give them a chance to have a life?
