My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Raven. Don't I have a beautiful black shiny coat? I am a 5 year old Kelpie mix, around 53 lbs. I love attention and want to be with my people as much as I can. I have a special spot on my chest where I love to be scratched, but I basically love to be hugged and touched all the time. I am house trained and do great during the day by myself, but when my people come home I am SOO excited to play fetch or tug with them. I can be a little nervous around other dogs when I am on the leash, but get me off the leash and into a play setting and I am super sociable! I would prefer no cats please as I can't be sure how excited or rough I may get with them, and given my level of excitement, I would probably be better with older kids, the kind who can play with me and not mind if I get too excited. My ideal family will be active, cos I would make a great hiking buddy or football playing friend - some people would even say I am high energy, so I hope you can match that with your activity and we can explore new things together. Maybe you are the right home for me - and if not, maybe you might know the right home?
