**Meet a greets for approved applicants must happen within 3 days or the closest weekend (for long travelers). It’s in the dog/puppy best interest to be placed into their furever homes in a timely fashion. All household members must attend the meet and greet.

I was found as a stray in Texas with my sister so my breed is unknown. I do have wire hair on my face with some gray, and did you see my beautiful eyes?! I am coming out of my shell more each day. I may be a little shy at first but I love everyone. Im a sweet girl and I can't wait to meet you!

Why adoption is a great option

Talia, a Tomah Labrador Retriever/Mixed Breed (Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Mixed Breed (Medium) for sale in Tomah, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Mixed Breed (Medium) dog from a breeder in Tomah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tomah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tomah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Mixed Breed (Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Mixed Breed (Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tomah paves the way for another one to be saved.
