My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet, petite Shirley is the perfect definition of a lap cat! If you are looking for a kind, gentle, affectionate companion - Shirley is the one for you.

Shirley was saved from the dangers of outdoor life when her foster noticed that she was being bullied and attacked by a neighborhood cat twice her size. The rescuer ran to the commotion site, scooped Shirley up, and brought her into the safety of a warm loving home. Shirley could not be more grateful! She immediately expressed so much love for humans. She is the most loving and kind kitty now. She follows you around all the time and just looks at you adoringly. She will always be next to you on the couch or peacefully snoozing on your lap if you let her.

She does the sweetest thing when she is on the couch next to you: she reaches for your hand with her two front paws, takes your hand into hers ever so softly, and gently pulls it toward her chest asking for you to pet her, and rubs her cheek on your hand gratefully. Also, Shirley is a very neat girl and very respectful of your property. She will not jump anywhere or scratch anything. She is a very well behaved kitty.

She loves soft blankets and sun rays, and she is a professional biscuit maker! In the air, on the blanket, on your lap, she will happily demonstrate her biscuit making skills. All gently and without exposing her claws.

Because Shirley has a very gentle personality and very small size, she was always bullied by other cats, so she is afraid of them. She would prefer a home without other cats or dogs and would love to have a peaceful life of the only queen of your castle. She is ready to shower you with love and affection, and she will be great with children, too!

Shirley is about ten months old and is fully vetted, including spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative.

Please help this little angel find her happily ever after! She will love you devotedly and unconditionally.
