Nova is a VERY sweet pit mix. A major cuddler and a professional butt wiggler. Loves scratches and belly rubs. Enjoys sunbathing when it’s nice out. Rolling in the grass is a must for her everytime she goes out lol. She does well for baths and car rides. Good with medium sized dogs(40lbs) and up. She has a prey drive for smaller animals, so no cats. Great with people and kids. She knows how to sit and will take treats nicely. Not much food or toy aggression, can occasionally be protective over her really important things that she finds. Nova is a quiet dog with us, but she’ll attract attention with her weird little gremlin howls when out in public. She practically throws herself onto people for attention, so if you’re sitting on the ground be aware. She had it rough before coming to us. A puppy maker for someone until they didn’t need her, then passed to multiple different homes. She has been in foster with us for awhile now where we know that she’s house and crate trained.
Her adoption fee is $175. That covers worming, vaccines, spay/neuter, heart worm test, and microchip. She does need apoquel meds for her allergies. Roughly $100 a month at the vet she’s currently with. We offer a two week trial in which you can borrow items. Our standard adoption fee is $175 ($250 for puppies 6 months and under, or small dogs 20lbs or below) which covers a portion of the dog's vetting costs. The adoption process includes the completion of an application followed by an interview.
