My name is Dodger!

We adopted Dodger from the East Valley Shelter in October of 2021. It had been almost a year since we had lost our previous dog and we felt that the time was right. Dodger is approximately 1 1/2 years old. We would describe him as energetic, playful, sensitive and warm. He loves to sit in the sun and loves to run. We are looking for someone who has a home with a large yard as Dodger needs a lot of space to run around. We are also looking for someone who can give their undivided attention to dodger as dodger loves to be around people. He does not like being by himself. He is house trained and does well in a crate. He is a very protective dog and also loves to sit on laps and loves to cuddle. He barks at squirrels and noises he doesn't recognize. He has a fear of garbage trucks and sirens.
