Here's what the humans have to say about me:
If you're looking for a gentle, calm kitten...keep looking. But, if you like cats with BIG purrsonalites, you have found her. This 11 mos.old girl, who had a rough start, is full of life. Her curiosity got her in trouble early on when she was found stuck in a car engine; the neck wound she received during her misadventure took a long time to heal and required her to wear an e-collar for many months. Phoebe is a VERY energetic and curious kitty. We've nicknamed her "trouble" because she always finds something to get in to. She is always up to something and will often race around the house looking for her next adventure...or trouble. Phoebe is fearless. Most cats run from noisy vacuum cleaners but she thinks they are toys. She is an expert thief, stealing hair bands and even the sink stopper. Open up the dishwasher and she jumps in. Got throw rugs? She thinks it's great fun to get underneath and hide. Don't leave any important papers around as she will chew them. She can sometimes be found dragging a blanket off the sofa or bed. This very confident girl will play tag with the older pets in her foster home who do not always appreciate her games. You should have a sense of humor that matches her own. Once she gets an idea into her head, it can be difficult to change her mind about how she should behave. But she is so charming that you probably won’t care. Phoebe is an affectionate kitty who loves everyone, but her precocious intelligence, curiosity, desire for interaction and play, and short attention span will test your patience. But, it will also melt your heart as she curls up on your lap or snuggles close and looks at you innocently with her big eyes. She REALLY needs another kitty companion in her forever home, preferably male, who loves to wrestle/chase. Posted 1/16/22
