CHESTER his owner passed away! This guy is just the perfect lap loving size. He's super low energy He is approximately 4 years old and 17 lbs. He is what we believe to be a perfect little concoction of Minpin /Chihuahua. He loves attention and being held but also will make do on his own playing with others. He is currently fostered in Memphis, TN where he waits for the perfect family! He can’t wait to find a place to call home soon. Once adopted he will travel via private transport (transport cost is $150.00 each) to a location closest to you.
