This handsome little 2 year old , 22 pound dachshund mix is called SHAQ! Yep…this little boy has the name of a well known GIANT in our basketball Hall of Fame. He is mighty in spirit though and little Shaq who spent his whole life in a backyard pen with little to no human attention, is now ready to be the king of his home and the center of your love. He was taken from a place of total neglect and now has an inside gig at a foster home and he is wanting her full attention. He is leash-trained and good with other dogs. He is a cat chaser so NO CATS. He is a sweet boy and craves your love. We are looking for someone with love, patient love, to teach him how to be a polished and mannerly inside dog that lives a cushy life. He is darling and will capture your heart if you invite him home. A forever home is what we desire or even a foster to adopt situation. He is not perfect but then….neither are we humans.
