My story

This gentle angel was born to snuggle up next to someone she loves. Instead, she was bred over and over again, and watched as litter after litter of her pups were yanked away. You can see the sadness in her eyes. But you can also see the forgiveness, and the willingness to give us humans another chance!

As cold, hungry, and scared as she was when she was rescued, Mama Rose never showed an ounce of aggression—even during all the poking and prodding of her vet visit. It just isn’t in her. She is truly gentle as a lamb.

Today, Mama Rose is learning about love, thanks to her foster moms and dad at DogTopia Doggy Daycare in Cleveland. What she needs now is what she’s never had—someone to put their arms around her and tell her that she’ll never be lonely again.
